In one paragraph

Trap N Shift is an educational brand. Nothing on this Site, in any webinar, course, video, post, message, or other piece of content is investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Trading gold, foreign exchange, CFDs, and related instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

1. Educational only

We share frameworks, methodologies, market commentary, and the Trap N Shift methodology for educational purposes. We are not your broker, your financial adviser, your investment adviser, or your registered commodity trading advisor. We don’t know your account size, risk tolerance, time horizon, tax situation, or any other personal circumstance, and nothing we publish takes those into account.

2. No guarantees

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples we share — historical trades, screenshots, win-rate claims, or testimonials — describe what happened in a specific context and are not a promise that any particular result will be repeated. Markets change. Strategies that worked in one regime can stop working in another.

Hypothetical, simulated, and back-tested results have inherent limitations. They are designed with the benefit of hindsight, and no hypothetical record can fully account for the impact of real financial risk on the trader executing the strategy live.

3. The risks of leveraged trading

Most retail traders lose money trading leveraged products such as forex and CFDs. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses; small adverse moves can wipe out an account. Slippage, gaps, and liquidity events can result in losses larger than your deposited margin.

Spot gold (XAU/USD) is volatile and frequently driven by macroeconomic events, central-bank policy, geopolitics, and news shocks that no methodology can fully anticipate.

4. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Before risking real capital, consult a properly licensed financial professional who knows your personal situation. Verify that any broker you use is licensed and regulated in your jurisdiction, and read their disclosures.

5. No advisory relationship

Using the Site, watching a webinar, joining a course, or communicating with us does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or broker-dealer relationship between us.

6. Testimonials and student results

Any student or testimonial result we share is the experience of that specific person and is not typical. Most retail traders, including most students of any educational program, do not become consistently profitable.

7. Jurisdiction

Some content may not be lawful or appropriate in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, anything we publish — including any trading loss. See our Terms of Service for the full limitation.
