By using trapnshift.com (the “Site”) or attending any live session, webinar, or course offered through it (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

The Services are operated by Trap N Shift (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@trapnshift.com.

The Services are educational. We share trading frameworks, methodologies, and commentary about the gold market, including the Trap N Shift methodology. We are not a broker, a licensed financial advisor, an investment adviser, or a registered commodity trading advisor.

Nothing on the Site or in any Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. See the Disclaimer for the full risk language.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you confirm both.

To register for a webinar, you’ll provide your name and email. You agree the information is accurate and that you’re registering for yourself, not on behalf of a third party. We may refuse, restrict, or revoke access if we believe registrations are fraudulent, automated, or used to scrape, resell, or share content.

All content — including the Trap N Shift name, methodology, frameworks, slides, recordings (where they exist), written commentary, and brand assets — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view content you’ve been granted access to, for your own use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, repackage, publicly post, screen-record, or teach the methodology to others without our written permission. Violators may be removed from current and future Services without refund and may face legal action.

Seats are limited and granted on the condition that you attend live. No-shows may be added to a blacklist and refused entry to future events. Recording, sharing, or distributing any session in any form is prohibited.

Where a Service is paid, terms specific to that purchase will be presented at checkout and become part of these Terms. Free webinar registrations are non-transferable.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t warrant that the Services will be error-free, profitable, or uninterrupted, that any specific result will be achieved, or that the methodology will work in any particular market condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any trading losses, lost profits, or lost data, arising from or related to the Services.

Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. If you did not pay us anything, our liability is zero.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We can suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you’ve breached these Terms. You can stop using the Services at any time.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Trap N Shift is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
